Big fish have big appetites! The new Professor 00 GT model was tried and tested in the warm waters of the Maldives and it also achieved good results in test runs in Finnish waters. The Professor 00 GT is excellent in both trolling and casting. You can justify using this huge lure when you are hunting for your record-breaking pike in cold waters.

TIP: cast this lure onto the edge of reeds from a moving boat and troll the reeds before moving on to the next spot. Large pike often stalk their prey deep within the reeds and won’t take the bait immediately. A large spoon lure, like the Professor 00 GT, will register on the pike’s lateral line sense and it will slowly move into attack position after several casts.
