Rapala Countdown 7cm Plug

Effective catching at all depths! Rapala CountDown is a sinking general-use lure, with a more rapid swimming action than Rapala Original. Rapala CountDown can be used accurately and effectively at varying depths and in different water layers.

Recommended technique to use with the Countdown: on the first cast let the lure sink to the bottom and count how many seconds it takes (CountDown sinks approximately 30cm per second). If you want the lure to swim near the bottom, count to one less and start reeling. By reducing the seconds you let the lure sink, you can adjust the depth toward the surface. You can stop reeling for a while to let the lure sink occasionally to provoke middle-layer fish into attacking. Truly effective plug for trout and rainbow trout fishing in rapids!
