Shimano’s Yasei Pike rods were designed particularly for pike fishers who want to enjoy the responsiveness and power offered by a high-quality rod. Despite its strength, Yasei’s blank is light enough to ensure that you can keep fishing throughout the day with heavy lures as well without tiring. As soon as you hold a Yasei AX Pike rod in your hands, you can feel the vast casting potential offered by fast-actioned blanks. The bottom section of the blanks provides added power, which allows you to cast longer and thus comb through a wider area while fishing.

The Yasei AX Pike rods feature a High Modulus Full Carbon Fiber blank built using Hi-Power X technology and a nano compound. This reduces excess twisting when casting or fighting your catch. The high-quality blank structure reduces the overall weight of the rod, thus making it easier to handle while also retaining the power needed to work with heavier lures and larger fish. For improved general performance, the rods are equipped with the latest Fuji Alconite K line guides that are lightweight but extremely strong and suitable for use with both braided and monofilament lines. In line with the high-quality design, a Fuji IPS reel seat combines with a custom EVA handle to offer this series a magnificent and modern appearance that corresponds to its excellent fishing feel.
