A fish filleting knife with a 16-cm blade and a Swibo handle. The narrow blade made from first-grade steel alloy that is perfectly suited for the task is serrated at the top. The result is a durable knife that remains sharp for longer before it needs sharpening.
The orange Swibo handle made from durable polyamide ensures safety. Safety has been a priority in the design of the Swibo range of knives. The brightly colored handles ensure that the knives are noticed, even in a busy professional kitchen. The shape of the handle provides added safety, as it widens toward the blade. The knife is dishwasher safe.
As regards cutting, filleting, or meat processing, Victorinox has long been the choice of professionals both in Finland and elsewhere in the world.

In 1884, Karl Elsener opened his knife cutler’s workshop in Ibach-Schwyz. At the time, Switzerland was one of the poorest countries in Europe. In the early years, Karl Elsener fought against poverty in the region by creating jobs and urging people to stay in the country. Victorinox knives have always been and will always be manufactured in Switzerland.
Victorinox is still a family-owned company, even though it is the largest manufacturer of knives in Europe. The majority of the company’s stock is owned by the Elsener family, and the remaining shares are held by a non-profit foundation of Victorinox that distributes the profit to charitable causes.
In accordance with the environmental values of Victorinox, warranty-related matters are primarily handled by repairs and maintenance instead of replacing the affected product with a new one. Victorinox offers a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and manufacturing for its products. Tools worn down in use can be maintained at the cost of spare parts by the importer in Finland or, where necessary, at the Victorinox factory in Switzerland.
